Refund & Cancellation Policy
Before payment, a customer may cancel freely. After payment and before work begins, refundable value may be reduced by configured non-refundable work or transaction costs. Once publishing work begins, any refund depends on work completed. Once printing begins, change-of-mind cancellations are not refundable. Foster production errors are reviewed for correction, reprint or refund.
